Existing subscriber is for people who already had auto-renewables, not one times. Set the offer to new subscribers instead and they'll redeem

Did it eventually arrive? I think its usually 33 fiscal days after the payment which can confuse when you reach month end without payment

Did you get an official answer on this one? My understanding is: Nothing in the payload, you have to derive it from your status Device also isn't there. Got to log it to yourself at purchase time along with the transaction ID to track this Sorry not sure on this - what was the answer, did you find out?

@adevvo - I can see a "remove from sale" under my subscriptions > Availability in the app store still. @murataksu_ what was the outcome here? I've heard this can happen when payment threshold isn't reach, did you check your bank details weren't stuck pending.
